DELIVERY AND RETURN

1. Delivery

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you to arrange a new shipping date.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Courier delivery (Lithuania & Baltic States): 1–3 business days

  • Courier delivery (Rest of Europe): 3–7 business days

  • Parcel lockers (Venipak, DPD Pickup, Omniva, LP Express – Baltic States): 1–4 business days

Same-day delivery in Vilnius and Druskininkai, Lithuania

If you wish to receive your order the same day, please call us at +370 682 81080. We’ll inform you of the available options.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on order volume, seasonality (e.g., the Christmas period), or product availability from the manufacturer.

2. Returns

 

Easy Returns

Birdie.lt strive to give all customers complete satisfaction on their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product that you have received, you can return it for a full refund within our Returns Policy.

All products purchased from www.birdie.lt are returned and/or exchanged in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania Articles 6.362 and 6.363, as well as the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 738 of July 22, 2014, which approved the “Retail Trade Rules.”

To return a quality product, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing (via email at info@birdie.lt).

The Buyer has the right to return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery or pickup, provided the product’s appearance and/or packaging are not damaged, after notifying the Seller in writing (via email at info@birdie.lt).

The Seller has the right to refuse to accept products that have been unpacked after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons or in other cases specified by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging, and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned products remain unchanged.

The Seller has the right to refuse to accept products returned or exchanged by the Buyer under the conditions set out in Clause 58 of these Rules, as well as if it is found that the products are damaged, labels are removed and/or damaged, protective film is torn, packaging is damaged, etc., or the products have been used.

The Seller is not responsible for the deterioration in product quality if the Buyer or persons to whom the Buyer has transferred the products have used them for purposes other than those for which such products are typically used, failed to follow the instructions, violated the rules for transporting, storing, using, and/or handling the products, or if visible defects in the product packaging and other external defects were not noted at the time of product transfer, or if the deterioration in product quality is due to the actions of the Buyer or other persons to whom the Buyer transferred the products.

Refunds for returned products will always be made by bank transfer and only to the account from which the payment was made.
